Based in Nassau and perfectly suited to exploring the spectacular waters of the Bahamas, Memento Vivere is an elegant 39.62-meter Westport offering generous living spaces, a versatile five-cabin layout and an impressive selection of amenities for life on and around the water. Originally built in 2005, she has been meticulously maintained and significantly upgraded over the years, including an extensive refit in 2021 that introduced structural changes and enhancements throughout the yacht.

With accommodation for ten guests and a professional crew of seven, Memento Vivere combines the space and comfort expected of a larger yacht with a relaxed atmosphere that feels particularly well suited to the Bahamas. From long days exploring the Exumas to evenings around the bar or relaxing in the Jacuzzi, she has been thoughtfully designed for guests to make the most of every moment on board.

Five spacious and versatile guest cabins

Memento Vivere accommodates ten guests in five beautifully appointed cabins, with a flexible configuration that works particularly well for families, couples and groups of friends.

The master suite is a generous private retreat centred around a California king-size bed. A dedicated office to port makes it easy to attend to anything necessary while away, while a comfortable bench seat provides an additional place to relax. The spacious en-suite bathroom features separate toilets, his-and-hers washbasins and an impressive waterfall shower, complemented by a full hanging wardrobe and excellent storage throughout the suite.

Two VIP cabins each feature king-size beds, generous wardrobes and storage, as well as private en-suite bathrooms with showers and ample counter space. Two further twin cabins can each be converted into king-size cabins, giving guests considerable flexibility when arranging accommodation. Both also benefit from their own en-suite bathrooms. Dyson hairdryers are provided throughout the guest cabins.

Contemporary interiors designed for relaxed living

Following her extensive upgrades, Memento Vivere offers a fresh, modern and chic interior with comfortable social spaces across the yacht. The atmosphere is polished without feeling overly formal, creating an inviting environment for both relaxed family time and entertaining with friends.

Entertainment is seamlessly integrated throughout the yacht, with Smart TVs, Sonos music, a Plex movie server and satellite television. Bluetooth and AirPlay allow guests to connect their own devices easily, while Starlink and VSAT provide connectivity when required.

Four bars, with one positioned on each deck, add to the yacht’s sociable character and ensure refreshments are always close at hand.

Exceptional outdoor spaces across every deck

Memento Vivere truly comes into her own outdoors. Her exterior areas have been extensively upgraded with charter guests in mind, creating multiple settings for dining, entertaining, sunbathing and simply enjoying the extraordinary Bahamian surroundings.

The aft deck features a large square dining table that creates a natural gathering place for leisurely breakfasts and dinners outdoors. On the bridge deck, an outdoor bar and grill make relaxed lunches and evening entertaining particularly enjoyable.

At the bow, guests can unwind in the Jacuzzi while taking in uninterrupted views across the turquoise water. The extended flybridge adds yet another generous lounging area and incorporates a substantial bar with seating for up to eight guests, making it a wonderful setting for cocktails as the sun goes down.

Stabilizers both underway and at anchor further enhance comfort, whether cruising between islands or spending the afternoon anchored in a secluded bay.

The Bahamas are made for time on the water, and Memento Vivere has an exceptional toy collection to match. One of the highlights is her impressive 38-foot 2025 Invincible tender, providing an excellent platform for exploring further afield, discovering remote beaches or enjoying a day away from the mothership.

A 14-foot AB inflatable jet tender, two Jet Skis, two Seabobs, an E-Foil, two stand-up paddleboards and a large waterslide provide plenty of options for guests of different ages and energy levels. Whether racing across the water, exploring beneath the surface or simply paddling through a quiet anchorage, there is always something to enjoy.

Wellness, entertainment and memorable evenings

Life aboard Memento Vivere goes well beyond cruising and watersports. Guests who like to stay active can make use of Peloton equipment, weights, yoga mats and Pilates equipment during their charter.

The crew also enjoy creating memorable evenings on board, with a wonderfully varied choice of themed nights that can be tailored to the guests.
