Originally delivered in 2006 and comprehensively refitted in 2024, she presents in excellent condition, combining classic Swan elegance with a fresh, contemporary feel.

 

Following her recent refit, LA LOÉVIE benefits from new sails, bowsprit, staysail, spinnaker, upgraded systems and a refreshed interior, ensuring both strong sailing performance and a comfortable onboard experience. A particularly practical feature is her adjustable draft, ranging from approximately 4.47m to 2.62m, allowing access to shallower anchorages that are often out of reach for yachts of this size. With an overall length below 24 metres, she also benefits from greater flexibility when it comes to mooring, making her well suited to cruising areas with stricter port regulations.

Life on deck is simple and enjoyable, with clean lines and a well-organised layout that balances sailing functionality with guest comfort. Three comfortable cabins for up to six guests

 

LA LOÉVIE accommodates up to six guests in three well-appointed cabins, all with en-suite bathrooms. The layout includes a spacious master cabin with a king-size bed, along with two guest cabins, one of which can be configured as either a double or twin, offering flexibility for different group arrangements.

 

The interior reflects the classic Swan style, with warm teak finishes, a welcoming atmosphere and a sense of understated elegance throughout. Updated during the 2024 refit, the living spaces feel fresh, comfortable and well considered.
